400 grams of cucumber
200 ml of sour milk or yogurt
1 fresh onion
A bit of salt

First, remove the skin of cucumber and onion then slice them into tiny pieces. Put them in a bowl and add salt to taste mix it well. Lastly, Put the sour milk or yogurt then mix it again and garnish with onion and your salad is ready to go.

HOW TO MAKE CUCUMBER SHAKE?

You can consume this for your snack. All you need are those ingredients listed below.

Ingredients:

1 Cucumber
1 apple
1-inch fresh ginger root
A Hand of spinach

Procedure:

First, wash all the ingredients. Peel cucumber, apple, and ginger, then cut all the ingredients in small pieces. Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend together until it becomes smoothie remove the blender and put the mixture in a glass and your shake is ready to drink.
