The term "eczema" is used to describe a skin condition like rashes or atopic dermatitis, it’s a chronic skin disease that usually appears throughout infancy and continues during childhood. Eczema is a skin problem that can cause blister and patches that turn into swollen, red, split, coarse and tingling.

As discussed, properly balanced diet is essential in preventing eczema. Balance your diet by eating foods that have a high level of probiotics like pickles, kimchi, and sauerkraut. All those food are fermented and produce probiotics.  5. Get the Right Supplements

Apple Cider Vinegar is a good Solution

Apple cider vinegar is a popular treatment for eczema. It consists of antibacterial and anti-fungal property.


2 tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar 
2 tablespoons cleaned water
Cotton balls or pads
Note: add more amount of the ingredients if you need to treat a large area.


Mix organic apple cider vinegar and purified water to form a solution. Absorb the solution to a cotton ball and gently apply directly to the infected area. Do not use the same cotton ball to the different area to avoid infection instead use a new cotton ball. Continue the process until you see good results. 

Important Tips: The proportion of apple cider vinegar and water is not prescribed to a person that has sensitive skin. If you have sensitive skin try to use a half cup of each ingredient.
